Our legal department is in need to hire a strong competent English speaker lawyer to join Alex bank team
to perform the below Duties and responsibilities

• Provide the bank’s different fnctions and the branches network with legal advice.
• Preparing and Drafting all kind of Agreements.
• Review, Draft and Negotiate Contracts from Legal Point of view.
• Drafting & reviewing documentations of all Credit Facilities & the Retail Legal manual for the Bank.
• Examining complaints and conducting investigations;
• Reviewing and monitoring new and updated legal regulations;
• Participating and assisting in Internal Audits when requested;
