– application support engineer:
– DB sqlserver is must
– have good knowledge about any of ( java / .net/mobile app)
– ability to travel and dealing with customers
-ability to train customer and dealing with critical problems.
-ability to fix coding issues on site
From 2 to 8 years of experience

-(males only) Helpdesk /support:
– ability to travel in Egypt
-communication is must with customer
-have knowledge about ticketing tools
-good background about software tools (java,DB,.net)
-ability to collect requirement and work with development team
From (2 -4) years of experience
