Job Description:

• Supervising commercial correspondence with foreign companies in coordination with the direct manager
• Search for new companies and negotiate the prices of products with the supplier
• Follow-up the lack of products in coordination with the person responsible for the warehouse
• Coordinate with the shipping companies
• Open a file for each company with all correspondence that has been made
• Build a good relationship with third parties
• Organizing the process of receiving the products and coordinate with the in charge person of customs
• Ensure that the purchasing documents are complete and ready and include all signatures
• Coordinate with the financial department in cases of financial dues
• Coordinate with the responsible person to receive goods properly and safely
• Follow up full cycle of the order from supplier to warehouse
