Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Solid proven Business & People leadership skills; lead on large scale organization.
  • Excellent business knowledge of sales and distribution, preferably in Beverages/FMCG industry.
  • Very good strategy setting and communication skills; along with very solid GTM experience.
  • Very good financials background.
  • Solid Field experience and market/channel design and tactical critical experience.
  • Revenue management and strong channel knowledge.

Job Description:

  • Manage & coach the Field Sales team within the distributor in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team
  • Manage distributor budget
  • Ensure streamlined implementation of Unilever strategy at Point of Sale in order to further build market share
  • Responsible for excellent execution within all customers
  • Gather and provide competitive information on a regular and continuous basis
  • Regular meetings with distributor owner to track performance of sales, OSA, route planning etc.
  • Set/Distribute the sales’ targets on field sales on distributor level
  • Direct supervisors and solve their problems, and any customer issues related to the area under their supervision
  • Support the Routing Team on the routes periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates
  • Approve updates of customers’ lists and removal of non-active customers from the routes
  • Review monthly KPIs’ report and ensure all team’s KPIs are met
  • Perform periodic field visits with the purpose of evaluating and reporting the sales team’s performance and the market situation
  • Follow up on POS(displays at customers) and periodically report their status
  • Develop the skills of his/her sales team to enable them of doing their job and improving their performance
  • Ensure the company policies are implemented and complied with by the sales team
  • Analyze sales and determine growth & cost cut opportunities
  • Achieve sales’ targets per Brand and per SKU
  • Communicate effectively and continuously with management and staff
  • Responsible for monthly FCS plan ( Coverage/ECO/LPC/PC)
  • Daily meeting with field sales to follow up on Achievement/deposit/cash flow/distribution/ stocks
