Your Responsibilities and Duties

•   Assist in moving claims and other data to Guidewire Claims Center to help enhance data warehouse environment
• Handle new data types to align with Guidewire (financial and regulatory needs) including financial reporting
• Perform enhancements of data warehouse environment and profile new data
• Understand how ETL handles value types
• Able to attack issues, look for areas of improvements, and find root causes to issues

Experience and Qualifications We re Seeking

• 7-10+ years of IT work experience and 5+ years in ETL work including design experience
• Strong data warehouse background and experience with Informatica development
• Dimensional modeling knowledge
• Preferred experience with Insurance and Claims (Guidewire Claims Center)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team collaboration skills and able to work independently
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Good attitude and ready to work
